Sale of dishes for dine-in, takeaway and delivery by Aux Delices de Denain.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Aux Delices de Denain reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: you pay at the restaurant (when dining in or collecting a takeaway order) or on delivery. Accepted payment methods: cash and bank card; on delivery, also meal vouchers and chèques-vacances.
4. Delivery & collection
Takeaway: order online and collect at the restaurant (45 Rue de Villars, 59220 Denain) at the time slot chosen when ordering. Delivery: order online; the minimum order and fees are shown on the ordering page.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
